It's been a long time since I've been able to update this BLOG as I've been so busy, even through the pandemic but I want to post an update here. I am currently updating and adding details from the last 5-6 years starting with 2022 and then I will work backwards.

My last major posts were from 2016..that was just a bit after my second child was born...then we had another! That's one of the reasons I haven't had time to update this BLOG. Then when the pandemic hit although I had very little work I decided to get my RPAS (drone) license which took about 120 hours of studying and research. After passing my Transport Canada Advanced RPAS test I became a licenced drone pilot and starting taking photos almost every day, filling up my stock portfolio. Again, sadly I haven't been able to post those here...yet. If you need recent stock photography please feel free to contact me by phone or email.

After getting hardcore into drone photography I also got into aerial video, something I'd never been able to do due to time constraints simply having too much work to get into it. But, thanks to a good friend who's also a video editor I learned quickly and am now producing both stock clips and full videos. I haven't given up on this BLOG but I have put it on hold. I WILL update it with the lost years soon and then continue to add to it.

I was the official photographer for Festival du Voyageur from 2009-2019 until they had to cut photography from their budget due to running a deficit for 2 years in a row. I had an amazing time with them and made SO many friends there who I still talk to all the time.

This year I have a media pass in order to do mostly aerial photography but still some stills photography.
I've run the gamut of photos over 10 years but now that I'm in to drone photography I wanted to add that to the portfolio as FDV is an amazing event to capture thanks to all the snow sculptures being really beautifully lit.

Was out today because it was a sunny day and there was a forecast of a snowstorm so I wanted to get some sunny sky shots before it clouds over.
